How do I book my date and what is the token advance?
Share your date through the booking form or WhatsApp and we confirm availability quickly. Your date is locked once a token advance is received. The token amount is shared in your customised quote and is adjusted against your final package value.
What are your payment terms?
Payments are milestone-based: a token advance to reserve the date, a second instalment before the event, and the balance on or before final delivery. UPI, bank transfer and cash are accepted, and a clear written quote is shared before you pay anything.
How long does delivery take?
For our Traditional Premium and Cinematic Premium packages, final edited photos and videos are delivered within 45 to 60 days. Other packages are delivered on a timeline confirmed in your booking, as it depends on your event schedule, album selection and editing requirements.
Do you travel outside Sambalpur?
Yes. We are based in Sambalpur, Odisha, and cover weddings and events across India, including destination weddings. Any travel and stay for outstation events is included transparently in your quote.
Can I visit the studio before booking?
Absolutely. Walk-ins are welcome at our Sambalpur studio, where you can meet the team, see sample albums and watch our films on a big screen.
What is the difference between Traditional and Cinematic packages?
Traditional packages focus on complete, faithful coverage of every ritual with a full-length edited wedding video. Cinematic packages add film-style storytelling: cinematic and traditional photography, highlight videos, teasers and reels, with more crew and drone coverage in the higher tiers. Every package includes both edited photos and video.
